SOHL LUX

I had neck pain for 2 yrs. Went to a Physio and Osteo numerous times; nothing worked. I’ve been using SOHL for 2 months and I've had a considerable improvement in neck pain.  Overall quality of sleep has improved immensely and it's a pleasure to use. I look forward to my daily session, relaxing and calming as I often fall asleep and nap while using it. I don't like to be without when I away from home.

I've been a bit of a basket case health wise. No fitness, over weight, poor sleep - you name it! Using SOHL has made a massive difference in support of an improved diet and excersise. I believe it helps with my recovery from excercise and somehow with weight loss. I recently came down with the shingles virus, which affected my neck ear and head just prior to going on holiday. A friend recommended SOHL which I used 2-3 times a day on the area affected and was thrilled to move rapidly through the illness, recovering much faster than expected, without it ever being bad enough to stop me enjoying my holiday. 

The lesions, which normally become blisters, barely reached that stage at all before they were healing up, and they proceeded to all heal completely with no scarring or pigmentation. It helped my pain as well which once again was much less than most people report. I took the opportunity to use it on my face at the same time, and noticed a reduction in pigmentation and broken capillaries (Telangiectasia) 

Having enjoyed the benefits during my shingles recovery was enough to convince me I want to continue with daily, I always
notice a parasympathetic response (relaxing effect) when I use it which increases with longer time under it.

After surgery for hip replacement I experienced ongoing cramp in my hip. A year later I underwent a further operation for Iliotibial Band Release to help relieve this.  I found using the SOHL device twice a day was very soothing during recovery from the surgery.  I found that I could go to sleep at night without needing Panadol as it was relaxing and seemed to
have some pain relieving effect. I am happy to recommend the SOHL as a useful device to provide comfort from chronic pain.
