I'm passionate about health, high-performance sport, and human physiology.

My journey began with a keen interest in high performance sport, my journey unexpectedly pivoted into a series of injuries and health struggles that extended over a decade. 

With an appreciation for a science-driven approach I delved into many solutions; first domestically in New Zealand then into the advanced and larger health market of North America where I eventually was introduced to red and near-infrared light therapy.

With the therapy giving me notable improvement relatively quickly and significant improvement within months, I started referring others to the therapy and they too were getting the almost unbelievable results for their ailments. 

Driven by my personal goals and informed with an education in Sport & Exercise Science, graduating with a Masters of Education, and accredited in Fascia Stretch Therapy, and Neurokinetic Therapy, I worked with a manufacturer to develop a highly engineered range of products which would not only provide me with the treatment I wanted but also thousands of others seeking their own health solution.

At SOHL, the people, the product, and the life-changing stories are incredibly fulfilling. Working with uplifting and caring colleagues, and providing a product that improves everyone's physiology is rewarding. Witnessing how SOHL positively impacts lives, sometimes overnight, reminds me that red light therapy is a simple yet remarkably effective treatment—a true game changer.

I'm driven by a passion for creating a brand that delivers market-leading benefits in minimum time and making it accessible for the masses. With a background in retail consulting and successful entrepreneurship, e-commerce has become the vehicle to reaching as many people as possible.

My wife's discovery of red light therapy opened my eyes to the importance of non-invasive, holistic, convenient, and non fee-recurrent treatment. The value of having a device at home which the whole family uses and benefits from is highly motivating.

As a natural problem solver, I'm dedicated to spreading the word and providing solutions. The most fulfilling part of my work is selling fantastic products that reflect the character of our clientele without their need to keep spending.
