Water

A river runs through everything we do.

Water is the driving force in nature and within us. It makes up over 90% of our blood plasma and this waterborne delivery service carries nutrients and oxygen through the circulatory system to our mitochondria to make ATP.

Early humans migrated to places where pure, fresh water was readily available. Today, we have less of a choice. Many sources are tainted by chemical fertilisers and pesticides, industrial waste, sewage pollution and oxygen depletion.

Health-conscious people’s drive to thrive is strong. To counter the poor quality of water, they use filtered water, and plenty of it, to optimise their circulatory system to take nutrients and oxygen to mitochondria to make ATP.
