Oxygen

Breathe.

Few breaths are purposeful. But each and every one has a purpose.

Oxygen is diffused through the lungs and carried throughout your body by red blood cells in plasma for use by mitochondria to make ATP.

Early humans lived outdoors in pollution-free air. The industrial revolution has left modern humans breathing polluted air outdoors and conditioned air indoors, with circulated toxins.

Health-conscious people’s drive to thrive is strong. To counter the poor quality of recycled air, they are purposeful about the air they breathe and how they breathe it. They seek out fresh air, and use breath-work techniques to provide their mitochondria with ample oxygen to make ATP.
